The Principals

John Orwin is a seasoned practitioner in business process development and implementation and is an operations specialist. Starting out as a materials scientist and metallurgist, John has over 30 years experience in operations and business leadership. After finishing his career in the Aluminium industry, John set up and acquired a number of private businesses, which means he understands what it is to be both a senior manager in a large corporation and to build your own business. John’s focus is on developing individuals and teams and accelerating implementation of new knowledge and skills by ensuring that education and training are aligned with the host company’s requirements. At whatever level John brings both experience and extensive knowledge to deliver bottom line benefits to your business. John has an Honours Degree in Materials Science, is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and an Associate of the Institute for Independent Business.

David Parsons brings a wealth of international experience from a successful career spanning over 30 years building, running and expanding businesses, at an operational level and in senior management. He brings a very pragmatic and structured approach to helping people plan and develop their business, working at all levels in a business to help ensure that what is decided at board level is actually implemented at the grass roots. David has personal experience at Board level in UK, European and International companies both as an Executive and a Non-Executive Director. David is equally effective working individually with people or organisations with business leadership and management, strategic selling and marketing and delivering formal education programmes.David has an MBA and a PhD in Business Administration and is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and an Associate of the Institute for Independent Business.
