At the end of this course you will:

- Explain styles and approaches to leadership which would be used in different situations to encourage productive working relationships
- Explain how to develop and maintain good working relationships with managers, colleagues and team members

Be able to maintain a healthy, safe and productive working environment
- Identify the responsibilities of a first line manager to ensure a healthy and safe working environment
- Explain how health and safety risks are identified and how these are monitored to ensure Health & Safety in the workplace
- Identify the actions to be undertaken after identifying a Health & Safety risk
