At the end of this course you will:

Determine the alternative strategic options available
Assess the impact of stakeholder expectations on a strategic plan

Be able to select a strategic direction from analysis of alternative strategic options

Carry out a risk assessment of preferred alternatives
Identify and justify the selected strategic directions
Produce a strategic plan to achieve the selected strategic directions
